Christy clearly deserves FIVE stars for every aspect of her services. As it turns out, however, I know the least about her negotiation skills because she was able to get our full asking pricing without any negotiation! That is because she knew how to value and market the property to perfection. Why anyone would turn to any other realtor, I simply do NOT know.

We had found a new property that we were interested in purchasing but the seller was reluctant to accept a contingency. Christy went right to work getting our condominium ready to list.
