Sandy Cencerik was recommended to us by a friend who had used her to sell a couple of their houses. I initially texted her and she responded quickly. We set an appointment to go over our property 3 days later. She confirmed the appointment the day of the appointment, she was on time, and she was very prepared with information about our property and comparable ones. We discussed the value of our home, she made a few suggestions of things we could do to stage our property the best, and set a follow up appointment for us to list the property. On the follow-up visit she again discussed the listing and all of the numbers that go into it. Before she would let us sign, she talked to us about the various possibilities from a long wait time to a quick sale. She made sure we knew how volatile the market was right now and it could get crazy. We appreciated the time she took with us as we were 1st time sellers! We were well informed. She communicated through text, emails, and phone calls. Our home wound up selling in 3 days with over 70 showings! During those 3 days, using the text notification was great. Sandy gave us feedback from all the showings she received. For the others, she tracked down the other realtors to get feedback. Sandy shared the offers as she got them and shared information she has learned from her many years. We have a great working relationship. She is extremely trustworthy. She communicated the details of our highest and best offer. Walked us through it all the way to the closing. She was with us all the way. We never felt lost or left after the sale. This is our second time working with Nannette. She found us our house in 2012 and in 2020 she sold it for us. Mike was great from the beginning. He listened to us and our needs and was very intentional with the houses he showed us. Nearly every one was perfect for us, but the market is so hot that we missed out on the first couple. But, when we found the house we fell in love with, he was a great negotiator and got us a great deal. It was a difficult close due to circumstances unrelated to Mike, but he held the line and insulated us from a lot of the drama. I will use him again and highly recommend him. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
