•As someone who works in the industry myself, I am reminded with each transaction, just how important it is to have a great realtor on your side. Chris shows up with knowledge, passion, an amazing team and a sense of humor with each transaction! We just closed on our 7th sale/purchase with Chris and though I joke that this is the last time we are moving... We will absolutely be passing his number out until the day he retires! Our most recent sale took 3 days to go under contract and closed 30 days later. Our most recent purchase was a big ask. We were looking for a horse farm with 20 acres of land or more. I remember calling Chris and starting the conversation with, "you are allowed to say no..." but instead, Chris drove halfway across Michigan on several occasions, toured some really interesting places, walked several miles in the heat and overgrown fields, all to help find the perfect place to begin our new adventure. We are blessed to have found our forever property and we are grateful that we had great company to lead us through the process!
