•We had an excellent experience with Lisa. In early February we saw a property that was coming on the market and we knew right away we wanted to try to purchase it. However, it was a difficult acquisition because we were trying to buy at the top of the market and the sellers had an inflated view of the value of their property. We immediately began working with Lisa on a strategy that convinced the sellers of our genuine interest while at the same time letting them know that our value expectations were well below theirs. This approach required patience and the recognition that we may not get the house. Throughout the process Lisa worked diligently to help us achieve our goal even when it seemed unlikely we would be able to acquire the Property. She also answered all our questions about the costs and risks involved in buying a house in Florida. In particular, we were unfamiliar with the high real estate tax, insurance, and flood insurance costs in Florida. Once we got the property under contract Lisa continued to help us through the home inspection process and also referred us to our insurance agent and potential mortgage brokers. Lisa was highly professional and positive throughout our acquisition process and we would absolutely refer Lisa to other potential buyers.
