Roger does a great job. He was always available, and let me tell you I was needy!!! He must have seen 30+ homes with me until I found the right one. As soon as I stepped foot in the house I let Roger know I wanted it. He immediately got the paperwork going and we had an offer out within an hour of seeing the house. Later that same day it was accepted. Roger is experienced, friendly, and will go the extra mile to get you that dream house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been working with Roger for 30 years. He helped me find and close on my first home in Milwaukee in 1992 (a Duplex). I fixed it up and four years later I was ready to sell and upgrade. Roger helped me sell it for a profit and find a new single-family home in Oak Creek which he helped me close on. By 2001 I was ready to invest in rental property as well, and once again looked to Roger for help. Helped me find and close on a nice four-plex in Milwaukee near the 79t and Morgan area. By 2017 I was ready to Build a new home, so I had Roger sell my Oak Creek Home. Then in 2021 Roger helped me sell the four-plex. Roger has always been there for me and still is to this day. Thanks again for all of your help over the years old friend. Roger is very professional, and a great guy all around! I highly recommend contacting Roger Mater for any help with buying or selling real estate.

Ted truly went above and beyond when we were looking for our first home! He made sure to help us navigate the process as first-time home-buyers, and we always felt that we were a top priority for him. We were especially impressed with the hard work he put into writing stand-out offers to get sellers' attention at a time when homes sell for so much over asking. He also did an awesome job of explaining all of our options and showed us the potential risks and rewards of many different approaches.
