Terrific Tim

We were looking to buy a condo in Cranberry Township for our use and the use of our children. We were, however, full time residents of Delaware, nearly eight hours away. Enter Tim Fitzgerald! Tim was our eyes, our guide and our advocate, He searched out properties in the snow, at night and after hours, always assuring us that it was no bother. Thanks to Tim we were able to find a wonderful townhouse in Seven Fields. He then arranged for an inspection and for a few needed repairs, even doing some of them himself.Tim was not only our agent, but he was also our guide and our friend.
