•Samantha was very responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Yes, it was difficult to find due to the surrounding areas and what we were looking for. We wanted a place with enough rooms (3-4 bedrooms), a yard for the kids and animals (roughly an acre if possible), tried to stay in same school district but was willing to go a little out to a different school that would benefit my children and less violence, and not on a public road mostly country setting. She did just that. She also referred us to inspectors and a loan company that worked with us. They made sure everything went smoothly and less stress for me. Due to me needing sellers assist she made negotiable offers to us and then we went to the seller's realtor and they took it. I couldn't have had my dream house if it wasn't for her and her people. If you need a realtor, she is your gal!!!!
