Excellent experience working with Jamie Cole

I recently worked with Jamie to sell my father’s house after he passed away. Even though I live three hours away in Ohio, Jamie did a great job of making the sale of the property an easy experience. Her knowledge of the local market and all of the requirements needed to get the house listed, helped us get the house on the market quickly and sold. Jamie was a pleasure to work with. Excellent

Jamie is truly a wonderful agent. This was a very hard time for me. I lost my sister to cancer and had to sell her home. Jamie helped me with every aspect of the sale. She even helped me with find people to help fix things that needed fixed. She is very kind hearted person and never made me feel stupid when I didn’t understand something. I highly recommend her and consider her a very dear friend.

Top notch agent

Jamie went above and beyond the call of duty in every category possible! From accommodating short notice viewings to late night offers or to add some houses to an already full schedule that day and all of this was over a large area of the city to find us the right house. Highly knowledgeable and extremely fair in her assessments. Her years of experience come through as she learns what your needs and wants are in a home. If you don’t use Jamie, you are missing out on the best!
