Joann helped buying and selling in the Hopewell area. I moved there for my job and she listened to my requirements and showed several houses and condos to me on my first and second day. She showed several different styles to see what direction we would go. We then settled on a particular type and we found one we liked quickly. The buying process was painless which was very good. Later she assisted in selling the same property when moving. It went again very smoothly. Very Professional and diligent.
