Ann was totally on target regarding every step in selling our home.

Ann answered all our questions and was there throughout the sale of our home. She was completely honest about the market and what to expect. She went out of her way to assist in selling our home. Always in communication with us regarding feedback and how the sale was going. Setting up and staging the house, calling vendors to schedule appointments, meeting contractors at the house, and meeting us at home improvement stores to recommend the best choices of colors, lighting, appliances, etc. She went out of her way to guide us in selling our home.
