In July of 2021 my best friend in the world passed away, leaving me his small home in Palm Coast, FL. His passing was expected. The gift of the house was not. I had a lot of questions about what to do, but one thing was certain, I knew I wanted to deal with Jennifer. Not only had she sold the house to my friend but he had highly recommended her as my potential agent, when he shared the news of his parting gift with me. In the days that followed his passing, Jennifer was a constant source of good counsel for me. As a Kansas resident trying to determine how to handle a house in Florida, she made it easy. She was accessible, responsive, knowledeable, and transparent in her assessment of the situation. As I struggled with the decision to keep or sell the house, Jennifer walked me through all the scenarios, providing pathways to get more information on each of the options I was considering. Once I made the decision to sell, Jennifer jumped into action, providing everything I needed to move forward successfully. She researched and recommended a competitive price. She provided directions for the best places to donate items within the home and sent me information on lawn maintenance companies and house cleaning services. She even helped me get the house ready, coming over on weekends to handle trash removal when I had to fly back to Kansas. In short, she went out of her way to make a tough and complicated time, a whole lot easier. Once the house went on the market, it sold in a short period of time at exactly the price Jennifer had recommended. I could not have done it without her help. I heartily recommend Jennifer Mock. She is an exceptional real estate agent and an all around great human being.

Jennifer Mock has represented my wife and on the purchase of two homes in the last eight months. The first was a new home for us needed on a tight deadline. She had a solid game plan for us, we were able to see a number of homes in one morning. The home we decided on had a nervous seller who had just been burned by a buyer backing out at the last minute. Jennifer did a terrific job of soothing the sellers nerves, and getting the deal done. The second is a home for my Father it's a VA foreclosure, and Jennifer knew all the ins and outs of dealing with the bureaucratic labyrinth of buying from the VA. If you are looking for a home in Flagler county You will not find a better agent. I have no doubt that she represents her sellers with just as much professionalism.
