•My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Gaylene Rice for the purchase of our first home. From the very start Gaylene was so calm and professional through the entire process. We looked at quite a few homes and we never felt pressured to purchase a home. In fact Gaylene told us on multiple occasions, “it’s a process, let’s not rush it.” My wife and I had a price in mind for what we thought our home was worth with regards to a purchase price and Gaylene stood behind us the entire way. At one point I wanted to increase our offer to make sure we didn’t loose the house, but Gaylene told us to stick to what we thought the entire time. It turned out Gaylene’s experience guided us in the right direction. Gaylene mentioned to us some alternative negotiation tactics that we could use to sweeten our offer, which we used and ultimately this is why Our offer was accepted. Gaylene was on time, professional and represented us at each “escrow event” for Ex. Inspection, final walk through ext. Gaylene is so on top of the timeline and she knew exactly when we needed to have something completed and when the previous owners needed to do something. Gaylene made this process easy and stress free and my wife and I will be forever grateful. We highly recommend Gaylene Rice and if you want to find your perfect home and have it be stress free along the way you would choose to work with Gaylene Rice. She was always available to us and was sending Docusigns after hours to ensure our offer wouldn’t be missed. The reason my wife and I found our home in the middle of a pandemic Is because of Gaylene and we will be forever grateful.
