So, there's no fooling around with this agent. She's on top of the people and stuff that need attention. Coordinated all the offers advised us on who, where and how to sort through and evaluate the details. When the "accepted" offer just didn't feel smothe she removed and replaced it with a better backup offer which she negotiated for them to increase their offer. She handled some "hitches" that came up with the buyer's agent, who was a real pain. And everything that was needed to satisfy them got accomplished. Through her diligent work, escrow was closed timely to meet our needs for our new property purchase. If you want someone to stand up and fight for you in these complicated transactions, then Karen your person.

What you're getting with Brenda is a tremendous amount of experience and local knowledge. Since she has lived in the area she knows the models and developments well. Joni did an outstanding job for us from the day we contacted her until the closing on the property. What is great about Joni is her communication skills.
