I found Erik on the internet through one of his rental listings. I needed an agent who is well versed with the rental market, in addition to a local market expert. Erik was indeed both. I am a non-local investor and was shopping for a rental property that was close to the beach and something I can eventually move in to. Erik helped me evaluate several properties and after a couple of properties that we wrote offers on, we landed a nicely upgraded property. Erik organized and pulled together all the necessary steps to consumate my purchase via phone, email, zoom, facetime, what have you. Did I mention I was remote ??? Erik also coordinated all the inspections and post-close repair and prep to make my property rentable, and delivered a tenant in 2 days. What else is there, he did it all. Erik is great, he’s there for you.

Adam and Christine have been working with my mom for about 10 years. For that period of time they have taken her to look at smaller one story houses to better suit her needs as she’s gotten older and has had a harder time getting around. They have been beyond kind and patient with her. I knew from the beginning and told them that she would probably not ever be able to follow through with moving because of her emotional attachment to her home which she shared with my dad for decades. They still continued to oblige my mother and take her to look at houses when she would get the itch. However, after her stroke last summer, my mom was left unable to live by herself. At this time, we moved her into assisted living. Adam and Christine were right there to help us with the entire process of my mom's house. They told us different options, and gave us information and contacts to do an estate sale and clean out. Then, once the house was cleaned out, they educated us about doing upgrades to the house before selling it or selling it as is. Once the house was listed, they sold it quickly and at a great price! Adam and Christine live in the same neighborhood as my mom and have helped her on a personal level more times than I can count. They were such a blessing to my mom and to my family, and helped us through a very difficult transition. We couldn’t have asked for better Realtors through this process!!

We would like to thank Erika for helping us sell our condo. She is very professional and pleasant to deal with. She kept us up to date and informed us throughout the process and stepped in when necessary to keep the process moving forward. For example, the termite repair did not include painting and she stepped in to get the correct color paint and complete the repair.
