•We have had the pleasure of working with John twice in the last 7 years. We moved to SoFL from Colorado and John worked with us to find our perfect home. We are not from FL. John was so helpful in understanding our needs, learning the towns and neighborhoods, and getting us to our home we purchased. He was insightful, supportive and focused on getting us the best place. Six years later, we had John come back and help us sell the home. We were moving back to CO. John immediately worked with us on what we needed to do to get the home sold. Through our partnership, it was determined that we needed to invest in a couple projects to make the home as market ready as possible. These investments were small but allowed us to differentiate our home from the competition at the time. So thrill because we were able to list it on a Thursday, find a buyer at the open house two days later and have an offer the following week. We sold our home around forty days later at asking price with a cash offer. The sale went great and we owe it all to John. John is unique in that he listens, provides insights and honest feedback to allow for the best outcome. I only wish he was our realtor in Colorado.
