•The Howard Team (Marlene and Erica) were absolutely amazing. First off, my wife and I were relocating for work and needed to sell our house on a short, two-month timeline. We listed our house with Marlene and Erica in mid-January, 2020 and the house sold and closed by the end March, 2020 at near list price. They were kind and very professional. They arranged dozens of showings for our home and juggled multiple offers, negotiating strongly on our behalf and made sure that we received only the best offers. We were very new to the South Florida real estate market and Marlene and Erica answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. Our house closed during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Howard Team went out of their way to make sure that everything ran smoothly – with individual signings for both us and the buyer – ensuring that everyone stayed healthy and safe. Marlene and Erica were wonderful – and I strongly recommend them for whatever your real estate needs may be!
