The Howard Team (Marlene and Erica) were absolutely amazing. First off, my wife and I were relocating for work and needed to sell our house on a short, two-month timeline. We listed our house with Marlene and Erica in mid-January, 2020 and the house sold and closed by the end March, 2020 at near list price. They were kind and very professional.
