Francine goes well above her call of duty!
My Experience with Francine from beginning to end (although I am not sure it will ever end) was absolutely incredible! She is so knowledgeable and patient and always tried to make sure My wife and I understood what we were dealing with. She is extremely professional and so kind and helped me with all matters relating to my home purchase in South Florida even past the closing. Francine did everything possible to make my life easy. I never thought I would expect this level of service from a Realtor and I believe this is what sets her apart from other Realtors. Her Passion for Real Estate is so obvious. She really does care! I would not hesitate for one second to refer her to anyone looking for a Realtor.

Outstanding service.
Of all real estate agents we have dealt with in our life, Francine has to be the most professional and dedicated agent we have encountered. Although our condo unit was attractive, the challenging circumstances surrounding the property needed expert strategic arguments to overcome the negative reputation of its management. With 32 units listed in Mayfair House at the time, we needed an excellent negotiator to convince potential buyers of the unique proposition. Professional
Really professional, our broker has put together a folder with photos for each of the properties to visit. It really was a turnkey project for both buying a property and selling it. Being Canadians, she took care of all legal aspects. Listening to our needs, she took care of every detail. She even helped us with the furniture purchase by taking us on a tour of the main stores. She also had a list of references to contact for renovations. If one day we buy a new property, we would use her services without hesitation, because we felt we could trust her totally.
