Roxanne truly went above and beyond as my real estate agent. While we were getting the house ready to sell, some significant family issues arose that severely impeded and extended the process. Roxanne stuck with us every step along the way and helped in many ways where other real estate agents most certainly would not have. She was always accessible and took it upon herself to go the extra mile all the time, often without even being asked to do so. Once we finally got the house to market, she got us our full asking price in under 2 weeks! I certainly did not think that was possible at the time. I choose Kathy to help me sell my father's house, the house I grew up in, because she is held in high regard by so many people. From the pricing strategy to timing the house on the market, I provided my ideas and Kathy modified them to get more buyers to see the house, and therefore more offers. And while the housing market was strong, Kathy's approach exceeded our expectations with both foot traffic and strong offers. And as we approached closing, we had an issue from the home inspections that could have killed the deal or cost us tens of thousands in expense (we received estimates). Kathy had done work with a company reliable that fixed the issue and at very reasonable cost including a warranty on their work. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and thanks to Kathy's deep local experience, contacts, and can-do approach, we were able to sell my father's house quickly by finding solutions!

Roxanne is a thorough professional and an expert in NJ real estate. I have known her and worked with her for 14 years (since 2006). She helped me lease out my investment property to two different tenants over the years and recently helped me sell the property. Roxanne was very patient and professional during the sale process which involved a complicated situation with a tenant. She found creative solutions to various problems we encountered and was focused on getting the deal done.
