We were so fortunate to have had Noel as our realtor! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about Savannah and the surrounding areas and she worked so hard for us. When you’re her client, you get her full attention in helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. We bought a condo and weren’t sure at first which of the many different floor plans and communities would be best for us. Noel patiently set up multiple showings so we could compare. The one we decided would be best for us unfortunately sold right away to someone else and we were a little disheartened because that particular kind doesn’t come up for sale very often, but one did about a month later and we quickly moved on it because Noel was right on it! Noel didn’t try to talk us into another floor plan or something else just to make a sale. She knew what we wanted, she delivered and got us a great price and we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Noel to anyone looking for a realtor in and around Savannah. She’s truly the best one!

I knew from the beginning that Ms. Daoud was the realtor I needed to assist my parents with the sale of their home. As soon as I told Ms. Daoud that my parents wanted to sell their house, she immediately started working on the sale and marketing strategies for the same. The whole process was smooth with her as she made things very simple for me to understand. I had a bunch of questions, and she took the time to explain with kindness all the answers to my questions. The day we put the house on the market, we immediately had multiple showing requests and within 3 days we were under contract. We then were able to close the deal within two weeks of the house being on the market. I couldn't ask for any better. My Daoud offer the best, courteous and most professional service I have ever had. I would definitely use her again!! I recommend her for anyone out there looking for a realtor or property manager!

This was the second time I’ve worked with Michele and I strongly recommend her. She went above and beyond all expectations in preparing my house for sale all the way through closing. Without Michele’s help I wouldn’t have been able to get the house ready for sale in a reasonable time. She put in many extra hours including weekends to make this as easy as possible for me. I couldn’t ask for a better agent and would highly recommend Michele to anyone. I will definitely work with her again.

Noel went above-and-beyond during the sale of this home. She dealt with moving out the current tenants (so I wouldn't have to!), had the water main fixed before closing, acquired quotes from local contractors for needed repairs, and was simply a pleasure to work with. Easiest close I've experienced.

We hired Noel and make no mistake that was the best decision in the whole house buying experience! She made the whole experience so smooth I couldn't believe how easy it was! She has great negotiating skills, top notch communication skills, very professional and the list can go on and on, but long story short, It felt like all had to do with her was signing papers!! Will definitely hire her again if I would buy another house!
