I cannot adequately put into words how much I have appreciated and valued working with Karyn. Karyn stepped in to assist in the sale of a property under very challenging circumstances. Because I was remote, and not based in RI, Karyn really operated as my boots on the ground related to all aspects of this sale. She assisted in preparing the home for sale, navigated multiple unforeseen challenges, coordinated solutions, and even put in her own sweat equity to ensure the sale stayed on take and on time. She routinely kept me apprised of every step of the prep and sale process and made sure every single "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed throughout the closing process.
