We were referred to Sean Caldwell by people we...

We were referred to Sean Caldwell by people we know and trust. We were wanting to sell our home and buy another in this hot market. After working with another realtor for 1.5 months and not hearing a single word from this realtor in over a month (and not finding a home) it was refreshing to work with Sean who never lost contact with us from the beginning! Not a day went by without communication from him, we never felt alone. After working with Sean for only 5 days, we had our offer accepted (on contingency!!) that was only $5k over asking on the perfect home. 7 days later, with Sean’s help, we put our home on the market - within 24 hours we had a cash offer $16k over asking. We just closed on both homes 2 days ago. If you contact Sean, you will be taken care of from beginning to end. We’ve owned 3 homes and Sean is the only realtor that showed up to a closing (he was at both of ours).
