I am a real estate appraiser, and after several months of 'going it on my own' looking for a house with limited success, I decided to enlist Shane's help. He made it so much easier. Shane proved to be the best agent I have ever worked with. He was always 'on our side'. He let us go at our own pace, and always had valuable input on every property we looked at, without pushing for anything we did not want. We looked at a lot of homes and submitted many offers, but he was always responsive and available for the next one without hesitation. I didn't always take his advice as we made offers, but as our search dragged on I learned that his recommendations were always 'on the money' and I started to listen to him more and more. Shane helped us purchase our first home and we couldn’t be happier with it! He is always very responsive and took time to answer all of our questions, and we never felt like he was pitching us a sale- he was more interested in finding us a home that was right for us. He always let us know when new houses that fit our criteria popped up right away and was very on top of scheduling showings. He also connected us with a great team of inspectors that did a very thorough job, we haven’t had any surprises so far in regard to issues with the home. He’s extremely reliable and we couldn’t recommend him more! The home buying process is stressful and Shane helped us feel more secure in making decisions. This was the first time we sold a home, and Shane guided us, step by step through the process. He asked our expectations; price, time frame, etc., pointed out areas we could improve, advised on how to best show the house and set up a marketing strategy that brought us a sale at the price we were looking for within a week of listing. Shane's knowledge of the area, current market conditions and relationship with other agents brought showings even before it was listed. We were living out of state when the home was listed, and Shane could not have been more helpful working with vendors needing access. We highly recommend Shane for your Real Estate needs
