•Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. She was incredibly patient with me as I slowly got the ball rollin' with home improvements after my divorce (I mean waiting a few MONTHS for me). This was my first time selling a house and she was the best guide and advocate one could ask for. Plus, she was understanding and supportive, too - and even was a grounding force when I sometimes felt like the world was swallowing me whole during the selling process. A few days before my closing, she also did a VERY generous last act of reducing her already VERY fair commission even more because of my situation... I could go on and on, but I'll just leave it as if you're looking to buy or sell a home, I couldn't recommend Katie enough!
