Experienced, Friendly, and Professional - Made our First Time Home a Winner
We were referred to Tiffany by a friend and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We were moving to Rochester from far out of state, and Tiffany was essential in getting us into the right house. She made sure to walk through all the things to look at to make sure we’d be happy with our home during residency, and make sure we were making a well-informed financial decision as well. This meant looking at the condition of the windows, the types of appliances and utilities, the orientation of the lot for water drainage. Her thorough guidance helped find a home that met our needs and didn’t come with any costly surprises in the first 7mo since closing. Tiffany was so helpful in the back-and-forth process of making an offer, finding a good inspector, working through the results of the inspection to get us to closing in good condition, all while we were out of town for the whole process. We would wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for a home in Rochester, especially to first time homebuyers and to anyone coming here for residency, we couldn’t be happier.
