•My wife and I moved to the area from out of town earlier this year, and Deb was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the whole home buying process. She drove around town to many different listings and showed them to us on FaceTime, and she quickly picked up on features we liked and adapted the search accordingly. She had great advice for putting in offers, and after losing a few properties to cash buyers, she maintained a positive attitude and helped us find the perfect place. Deb handled our unexpected circumstances wonderfully when our lender threw a wrench in at the last minute (literally less that one week before closing) and communicated extremely well with the sellers to help us make the sale work for both parties. I would absolutely work with Deb again to either sell or buy a property, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
