•Stu was our listing agent. We developed a plan with Stu to get the house ready to be sold quickly. Because we were relocating to another state, Stu worked directly with contractors to schedule time and determine the proper scope of services, based on our input. The house sold very quickly. Stu did a fantastic job of negotiating the sale and working with the buyers’ agent. He was firm but fair. Stu was also good counsel in renegotiating the closing date and protecting our interests during that process. Aside from doing an excellent job getting the house ready for sale and negotiating the sale and closing date, the thing that I appreciate the most is that Stu made the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend Stu to others in the Twin Cities market.
