I’ll begin with the truth, I’ve never been a fan of real estate agents. I’ve bought and sold my last 3 homes on my own and never understood their purpose (gasp…it gets better). However, after two unexpected deaths in the family, Pamela completely changed my perspective. During the hardest of times she eliminated many of our major concerns. After researching the market, she came up with a sales plan and a price point that exceeded our expectations. She showcased her expertise by arranging the painters and cleaners with minimal input. Even color selection was handled without concern. Her timing, quality of advertising, and ability to tackle issues on her own were huge reliefs at a time when our minds needed to be elsewhere. The process was seamless and we would be happy to have her on our side again next time. Outstanding experience.

Hands down best realtor we have worked with! Got our former home on the market and under contract within days. And managed to, last min on our part, pull title and mortgage companies together to try to close on the same day for our new house. Granted it has been a roller coaster ride between sellers and buyers on both sides but the companies she recommended have bent over backwards to pull it together to make it happen. We had so many road blocks pop up (very unheard of) but she handled them all with professionalism and grace (me, not so much) and talked me off several ledges when I needed it! We are almost there and our sale/buy is definitely going down in history for the books! It has been a unique and, albeit crazy and wild, ride. But she still made it happen. Would recommend her in a heartbeat. When looking for a house she STAYED in our budget, found EXACTLY what my husband and I both wanted (and we had very different views so that was a feat) and she did that by our second day of home shopping. We found our forever home that we both fully agreed on and pulled out all the stops. She knew how to bid to get us noticed and accepted in this market and worked out details we never thought would happen. She knows what she is doing and she does it extremely well. We left one home that was a horrible experience and walked into another that was our original dream. We can’t begin to thank her enough.

She sold my house in ONE DAY. I made more money off my house then I could imagine! She’s very good at what she does and highly recommend her as your realtor. She knows what she is doing. Anytime I needed help she was RIGHT there to help me. She responds fast. She even helped me after I sold my house because my mortgage was giving me trouble on paying me the remainder and she give me quality service!! She even drove to me to give me my remaining check because I was at work. She deserves more than 5 stars!

I am so impressed with Pamela -- I recommend her wholeheartedly! This agent knows her stuff -- she is fully professional, yet always friendly and supportive. She helped us with intelligence and integrity. And, we felt like we had all her attention through the entire process of selling our house even when I knew she was super busy. She was always available to answer questions. Pamela worked with our desire to have a quick sale even though we wanted to stay at the higher end of market value. Our house was only on the market overnight when we got 3 excellent offers -- two starting out at our asking price! We owe this to Pamela's knowledge and expertise. And, as we had never had to sell a home before, and we were nervous, she helped us navigate the process better than I could have hoped for. I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with Pamela -- I couldn't imagine going with anybody else!

Christina helped us to find a property to be used as an investment for rental. She took time to get to know what we were looking for and hone in on the things that were a concern, as well as the items that were not as important. When it came time to make offers she provided great information and guidance so that we could make an informed decision. As it came time for inspections, negotiations and so on, again that expert guidance was there to help us without pushing a particular point or perspective. We will likely be looking for another property before long and look forward to working with Christina again.

The property listed for sale was jointly owned, with one of the owners being somewhat recalcitrant. Todd did a good job of bringing the sale to a satisfactory conclusion working effectively with all parties involved. The sale price was actually better than was expected.

I have known Todd for quite a long time & have always admired him as a hard-working, intelligent, honest and sincere person. When it was time to sell my house I knew I wanted him to help me. It took a while to get it ready for sale and he was always there for me with good advice & even some hands-on help! When we were finally ready to list the house, he guided me through all the paperwork, was always available if I had questions and helped me decide between competing contracts. Can't thank him enough!
