John helped me find a home in July, 2017. He was a pleasure to work with- very friendly, and seemed to catch on to my tastes very quickly! My offer was accepted within one day of actually touring the home- which is likely owed to John's responsiveness and understanding of the market at the time. While John is extremely knowledgable, I never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. He was very supportive throughout the entire process! He is professional, thoughtful, honest, and truly looks out for your best interests in every step of the process. My wife and I feel very fortunate that we were introduced to him by a co-worker. Steve was great from the time we talked to him about selling our home to the day we closed. His style is “no pressure.” Steve keep us up to date with everything that was happening along the way either by phone or email. He answers his phone! No having to leave detailed messages and wait for a return call. Another thing, Steve knows “people”. Something that comes in handy if you need a home stager, ceramic work done, or an overall handyman. Something that meant more to us than all these things; he’s an honest man. You can put your trust in him, which is a nice thing when buying/selling something as important as your home.

I met Steve through mutual friends and family who highly recommended him. I knew he was going to be a good realtor since on the first encounter with him he came to my house on Father's Day, 2015 and I asked him if he wouldn't want to be celebrating with his family and he put me first. He has a wealth of referrals from bankers to lawn mowing services and I was always very confident in his referrals to me. And they were spot on with their performance. I have purchased a home before with my husband but this was on my own so I was pretty "green" at things since I hadn't used a realtor for 30 years and was so happy with Steve's guidance both in the selling and the buying of a condo. Definitely will continue his services when my next move comes.

I think Steve never sleeps first we had him find us a condo and he called as soon as something became available he would send text messages literally day and night to keep us informed and set up viewing times. After we closed on the condo we contracted to have him sell our house he provided us with estate sale brokers and professional house cleaners names and numbers with which we found to be professional and cost effective. When the house was ready to sell he had showings arranged and our house sold in 2 days for more then asking price. All this while staying in constant contact and offering advice and help throughout the process. A super professional.
