I've bought and sold a couple homes in my lifetime, and this was my first experience with REMAX / Tiffany & Jason Carey. Of the duo, Jason was our primary realtor and took care of our home sale. I am SO glad we had him to handle everything for us. The market has swung in our area a bit to more of a buyers market, and our buyers took absolutely no time causing trouble, making outrageous demands for unnecessary items, threatening to cancel purchase over minor details - items that were completed at their request, to their specification. They bypassed their own realtor constantly to call and have long talks with Jason instead. I'm all about flexibility, understanding and open communications, but there's a reasonable limit to it. Jason took care of filtering all of this for us, patiently. Problematic and troublesome/demanding buyer was turned from nightmare to annoyance through Jason's efforts. Don't know what we'd have done without him, and I'm so glad we had his experience, expertise and calm confidence throughout the whole process. End-to-end, we followed his advice and the home sale worked out exactly as he projected. My other realtor may have retired, but I have found my present and future choice for our home build or purchase next year for certain, we will be calling Jason and Tiffany first!
