I was born in Rapid City in 1979. Moved to Bozeman, MT in 1997 and attended Montana State where I graduated with a degree in Education. I moved back to Rapid City in 2004 and started my Real Estate Career. Was married in 2009 to the love of my life and she has blessed us with 2 children. I purchased RE/MAX Results in 2016. Black Hills Association of Realtors Board President 2017-2018. Black Hills Realtor of the Year in 2019.

Husband - Dad- REALTOR Bart believe's a REALTOR should be Professional, Passionate, Knowledgeable, and that is what he strive for everyday. His involvement in the local, state, and national level has been instrumental in his growth and success as a REALTOR. Bart has been licensed since April of 2006, was REALTOR of the Year in 2013 and State Realtor of the Year in 2021, and provides excellent service to his clients. Bart is devoted to his family: wife- Sarah, girls- Cailyn, Chloe, and Gabby. Bart also loves to play golf, attend sporting events for his kids, Summer vacation at lake in Wisconsin, and serving at Fountain Springs Church.

Cheyenne McGriff was born and raised on a ranch near Wall, South Dakota. After graduating from Chadron State College, worked in community and economic development for three years. In this experience, Cheyenne found her passion for connecting individuals to a place they can call home, and helping create great communities. Cheyenne joined Re/Max Results as part of the Karen Soderquist team in August 2018 to pursue this dream, and she would love to help you through the home buying or selling process!

I began my real estate career in 1977 and joined RE/MAX in 1981. When I started in the business I wanted to offer my clients great service and a high level of integrity. Forty four years later I am still at it full time with the majority of my business coming from referrals and repeat clients.
