Nevin’s team including Elizabeth and Claire make the process as stress free as possible by being genuinely interested in what your needs and interests are and then taking care of all the necessary details. They even took care of details that I felt I should have had to do. They check in with you regularly so you are always up to date on where you are in the process. They are available, responsive and professional. I felt like not only did I have a team looking out for me but that I had made friends by the end. I genuinely could not have dreamt up a better realtor. Nevin helped my wife and I find our first home, which we both love. He provided help in so many ways, through guidance as we tried to navigate the market for the first time, insight into properly evaluating the quality of properties, caution with properties that were unwise choices, an abundance of knowledge and professionalism to help us find a place that was a perfect fit. The list goes on. He was constantly available and engaged, and answered our innumerable amount of questions as the home search went on. He helped us make the most informed decision possible and constantly looked out for our best interests. He steered us towards properties that were good fits as both a home, and an investment. I felt reassured the entire time that we were in the best, most capable hands. Nevin (and Elizabeth) were such fantastic realtors for us, that I’m almost looking forward to selling our house with them in many, many years. Almost.
