Well, Joe was all of that and so much more from the very outset until after closing on the house. We interviewed 4 prospective real estate agents, who all seemed very good in their own right, but the moment we met with Joe we knew we'd found the best one of all. Then, when all of our home fixes were complete, his photographer (free of charge) made our home look the best it's ever looked. We put our home on the market at a fair price on a Friday, by the end of the weekend we had two offers for 10K over asking. And the sale went through smooth as silk. I don't write a lot of reviews, but we were so positively impressed by Joe that I felt compelled to unequivocally give him the highest possible review and recommendation regarding every aspect of the sales process.
