From the beginning, during the not so pleasant middle and to the end of selling my house, Dennis was informative, experienced and dedicated. He educated me with his knowledge and expertise advice. His attention to detail during the not so fun parts of a sale transaction really helped me. He was attentive to my calls and text messages and made me feel like I was the only person that mattered to him when in fact, he had other clients that he was helping. I was selling my house while I lived 5 states away. All the while, Dennis was having open houses, setting up showings and collaborating with other agents to promote my house. Melissa and Mike were great to work with in this out of state purchase of our final home. Melissa was very knowledgable of the market, specific neighborhoods as well as cities across the state. We made our retirement move from the Denver metro area to a much quieter place In beautiful Keystone lake area for our retirement. We wanted about 4000 sq ft, a pool and a view.
