I have been a full-time REALTOR with RE/MAX Results since 2000 and I love it! I get to wake up every morning and surround myself with two of the things I love most: people and houses! This industry provides a unique opportunity to advocate for and serve people as they embark on one of life’s biggest challenges – displacing themselves from their comfort zone and moving someplace new. My business is almost exclusively repeat and referral and I am always overwhelmed by the warmth and generosity of my amazing friends and clients. ?They give me an abundant life and a rewarding and meaningful career...for these things I am profoundly grateful. They have also generously nominated and named me a Super Real Estate Agent by Mpls/St Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly for nine consecutive years, a tremendous honor!! I have also received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award and am a multiple-year recipient of the RE/MAX Platinum award. On the personal side, I am married to my best friend, Doc Czypinski, and we have a beautiful daughter named Ayla to whom we are both devoted. Our family is rounded off by a Golden Retriever named Daphne and a cat named Alfred. We live in Bloomington where we are slowly refurbishing our 50’s built Cape Cod and creating an outdoor oasis in the backyard. I am a passionate home chef and foodie, an avid gardener, an amateur photographer of my favorite muse, Ayla, and a musician (I attended the U of MN and studied Vocal Performance and I also play the piano). I love to travel, to volunteer, to read, to be crafty, to do just about everything!

My entire professional life has in one way or another has been about serving people as a teacher and helper. Prior to real estate I served as a local church pastor and fund development officer for several faith-based non-profit organizations.
I have been married for more than four decades to my wife Debbie. We live in South Minneapolis, and are blessed with three adult children. In my free time, I like to hike in our beautiful state parks, relax with a good crossword puzzle, and spoil our cute little Beagle puppy, Daisy.

Excellent agent!
It’s helpful to have someone that knows these properties in Edina so well. She helped by bringing an inspector that found important issues to resolve. It was a house that needed a lot of work and she negotiated to get us enough money to fix those items. She was very hands on during the whole process I would highly recommend her and I would use her again

This was our 1st home purchase and Cody was patient, knowledgeable and so kind! Our map of locations was so large and he was always willing to go anywhere. He is very knowledgeable of first time home buyer's programs and expectations of those programs. Great listener on the wants and needs while looking at different homes. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help guide us through this huge step in our life!

If you are looking for the most kind and...
If you are looking for the most kind and knowledgeable real estate agent out there, look no further! I have worked with Carolyn to buy and sell multiple properties and I will use her until the day she retires. She's so patient and accommodating, and listens to her clients. She'll offer advise when asked, but supports your decisions from start to finish (as long as it's in your best interest :)). Buying and selling homes is a stressful process, but having someone you can trust really eases the process. Call her, you won't regret it!

Eric was a given a challenge with selling our home and succeeded!
Eric went over and beyond to help my elderly Mom sell our family home that was in tough shape. He was very thorough in explaining things to my mom and even offered extra help. We weren’t sure if he’d want to wait and continue working with her mortgage company as they took lots of time to respond. He stuck with it and would be confident he could sell any home. Thanks Eric!
