As an accomplished Realtor with 29 years of experience specializing in lakeshore and residential properties, I also list and sell condos, townhomes, and investment properties. Twenty five years ago I joined RE/MAX Results as their Technology Manager. Since then I have held a variety of roles, including Manager of Business Development, Director of Recruiting, and Chief Operating Officer. I became Chief Executive Officer in 2018. I proactively support our Sales Executives’ growth by delivering a world-class infrastructure of the finest offerings in technology, marketing, training, and facilities. My team and I have grown the RE/MAX Results brokerage to 1300 agents in 50 offices across Minnesota and Wisconsin. In 2021, RE/MAX Results closed over 26,000 sides with a total sales volume of over 10 Billion.

Candy is a native of Duluth & moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area in 1989 commencing a career as a Realtor in Crosslake, MN. She obtained her Broker’s license in 1994 when she purchased her ownership interest in a privately owned real estate company, and continued a successful career throughout the years until she sold her interest in 2003 and joined RE/MAX Lakes Area Realty, now RE/MAX Results. Bringing 30 plus years of experience to real estate marketing strategy, coupled with integrity, reliability and knowledge, Candy is a Realtor of high energy, who holds the importance of her client’s property interests close to her heart. She shares the goal to work together as a team, ensuring a successful purchase or sale through professional negotiation, communication and cooperation. Candy resides in Crosslake and when not selling real estate, she can be found with family and friends, golfing, gardening, biking, boating, hiking or even practicing the art of Dressage.
