We were not looking forward to the process of buying a home out of state (located in NY and buying a home in Indiana for our Mother). I can't express how grateful we are to have had Matt help us through this process. He exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We knew we were in good hands as he helped our Mother find a home in a safe neighborhood and within budget. He made sure we had everything we needed to make this an easy transaction; since we don't live local, Matt met with inspectors, talked to contractors to get a list of repairs that would be needed (and costs), sent videos of the walk-through, etc...he invested a lot of time into this for us.
