•Being an out of state buyer I was not sure what to expect as far as service and communication. Alison helped out tremendously with communication between current owners, title escrow and myself. She went the extra mile hooked me up with a lockbox, sent me multiple additional pictures of the place. Verbally told me and sent pictures of anything that needed attention. She gave me contacts for service people and lenders, was extremely communitive the whole entire time. Alison responds to emails, texts, phone calls pretty much constantly even when she is away and evening. Very impressed!!! Alison deserves a 10 STAR
