They were very knowledgeable of the market and all that was involved in the messiness of selling a house. They were very good at explaining items to me that I was not familiar with. No matter how often I called or picked on them they stayed hopeful and full of humor. They passed on info that the new owners would probably not have known which was helpful to me. All in all I would say it was a good experience but I hope to never own a house again.

I told Mike and Danny to give me no bs! Tell me what I have to hear, and not what I want to hear. Other realtors couldn’t grasp the concept of honesty with a nervous seller as Mike did. We agreed on an asking price together. And together we got asking price! In 10 days. Mike always kept in touch with me throughout the whole transaction. Always checked in, even after my home sold. I wouldn’t look elsewhere. Professional and caring. Great combination!
