Danny was amazing and very patient with us. As first time home buyers we had a bunch of questions, we had concerns, we wasnt fully prepared, and to top everything we was not even in the state where we bought the house in. Danny helped ease us into the process and he was there all times of the day to answer questions and give direction to get us what we wanted. There was alot of back and forth and we was constantly changing what would be our dream home look but Dan overcame all those obstacles. Not only did he meet what we wanted he exceeded our expectations and landed us in a beautiful home for a price way better than we imagined and we are really greatful and thankful for that. Selling a home! If I decided todo that again I would definitely choose Mike Pisacreta. In my search for realtor I made a call to Mike. He responded immediately and I mean immediately. We met within hours. I found him to be down to earth but very professional. We discussed my desires on the sell of my property. My wife and I both agreed that Mike was the guy that we needed. Signed, marketed, showings within no time. 😆😆. Even with the world virus crises Mike kept a positive attitude. He continued to reassure us. Mike is extremely professional. He is very aggressive about getting homes that have been sitting too long on the market sold quickly. He gave us a very specific plan of what he would do to sell the home. The agent we initially listed with basically just waited for it to sell.

Danny went above and beyond for us when looking for a house from out of town. He really does cater to the military and understands our needs. A couple of things came up after closing that did concern me. The home inspector that he used missed a broken window. It’s a double pane window and one pane on the inside was completely broken and shards of glass were sticking out. I feel like this is not something that should’ve been overlooked, and it’s definitely something we would’ve had requested to be fixed. It’s not directly Dans fault, but it was the inspection person he recommended to us. Also, with the home warranty we wanted to add in a seasonal tune-up for the AC units. We only purchased one tune-up, but we have two AC units so we needed to add two to our plan. It is an oversight on his part and definitely something I should’ve caught on to as well. Both of these were small mishaps but something to learn from. Thank you Danny again for providing excellent customer service and you were a pleasure to work with.
