This was our first experience in buying a home it was a okay experience am a small business owner myself so I believe in honest feedback. First, Danny was good as far as fighting for us when it came to stuff not done before closing, as far as actual closing he didn't show up he had a vacation planned and I understand that I get it but it felt wrong for a realtor that had been with the process over a year just not to show up I didn't appreciate that. We had our share of disagreements and I know everyone doesn't see eye to eye on everything but us being first time homebuyers we would of like to be kept in the loop with everything we weren't. Secondly, I felt like we weren't shown every option available to us I felt like I was looking more for homes not knowing exactly what I was searching for but knowing I had a list of wants and needs ofcourse with first homes you don't get everything your expecting but should get a majority of what you would like we just wish the first experience could have been alot better. We appreciate Danny with everything and we really enjoy our first build home. Being a military family most things are stressful and is a waiting game but in the end we got the first home we love thank you. 😊
