Mike was a huge asset to our journey in uprooting our family to cross state lines to find our new home! Mike worked hard in helping us find the house that fits our needs and even had items on our “wishlist”. Without struggle there is no progress. Any struggles we came across, Mike was there in our corner backing us up on everything and fighting for us. He made the process seamless and easy, especially during the hard times our country was facing. There were times when we were not in the same state but he made an effort to show us homes through FaceTime and constant and transparent communication. His knowledge of the real estate world was impeccable! Thank you, Mikey, for all you hard work and dedication!

Trust means everything and when you’re making decisions on whether to buy or sell a home, you need a realtor you know you can trust. Danny is that guy! 5TH TINE USING DANNY AS OUR TRUSTED AGENT!!
Danny Fontaine is the best real estate agent in Jacksonville. That is why we have used him 5 times! We told him we were ready to upgrade in size. His knowledge of what was available in a new build development allowed us to lock in our cost very early. By the time we got all of our upgrades and design studio costs....our house still appraised for 25k in equity at move in!!!!! Don't waste your time or money on any other agent!!!

We have just finished selling our home. Hands down one of the most stressful and trying things we have ever done. The buyer and her agent were absolutely terrible. Making thing super difficult and very confusing. Danny and his team were amazing putting so much more effort than they had to or should have even been expected to. Keeping in touch with us and keeping us informed every step of the way. If Danny tells you something you can take it to the bank, he will work relentlessly for you and never quit until you are happy. Him and his team worked so hard for us working very late into the night and some very early mornings to make the deal work. The Buyers agent disappeared about half way through the deal and he pretty much ended up working both sides just to get us to close. Cannot say enough good about him and his whole team.

Better Experience
This was our first experience in buying a home it was a okay experience am a small business owner myself so I believe in honest feedback. First, Danny was good as far as fighting for us when it came to stuff not done before closing, as far as actual closing he didn't show up he had a vacation planned and I understand that I get it but it felt wrong for a realtor that had been with the process over a year just not to show up I didn't appreciate that. We had our share of disagreements and I know everyone doesn't see eye to eye on everything but us being first time homebuyers we would of like to be kept in the loop with everything we weren't. Secondly, I felt like we weren't shown every option available to us I felt like I was looking more for homes not knowing exactly what I was searching for but knowing I had a list of wants and needs ofcourse with first homes you don't get everything your expecting but should get a majority of what you would like we just wish the first experience could have been alot better. We appreciate Danny with everything and we really enjoy our first build home. Being a military family most things are stressful and is a waiting game but in the end we got the first home we love thank you. 😊
