•Jo Lee is the best real estate agent that I have worked with (I have bought 5 homes). I was looking for a specific type of property on the water that I was not sure that I would find. On top of that, I live in New England, but was looking in the Tampa area. She took the time to talk with me and understand what I was looking for. She sent me emails of homes that fit my needs and we built a group that would be worth looking at. I traveled to Tampa and we took a day to see them all. When I got home and spoke with my wife, we decided that there were two that we liked more than the rest. We were planning to go back down to Tampa in a couple weeks to look at both. Jo Lee suggested that she could film us a couple of virtual walkthroughs and give us a link to watch them. She did this very quickly and my wife agreed that she liked the same one that I did. We decided to make an offer. After the offer was accepted, Jo Lee made time to meet a couple of contractors and went in and measured some stuff that we asked about. After closing, she continued to check in to see if there was anything else we needed, as we are new to the area. I was lucky to get connected to Jo Lee. I feel that if I had another agent, I might not have found this house. I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house to use Jo Lee.
