If you’re looking for the best realtor in the Tampa Bay area, your look is over. Paula is an amazing realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and a great communicator. She will go the extra mile to make sure that selling a home is as stress-free as possible. From the professional photographer she uses, to the superb marketing campaign, to the continued support after the sale, the home selling experience doesn’t get any better. We have worked with at least six different realtors over the past fifteen years but none of the others come close to providing the level of excellence we received from Paula. Our house was under contract within 10 days and she managed to talk the new owner into letting us stay one month after the closing, so we had time to get everything packed and moved. She also helped us find a rental to stay in while our new home is being built. It’s no wonder you came to us so highly recommended. Thank you!

There is not one thing I can say that is bad about my experience with him. My mother was trying to purchase a home in FL while staying in Puerto Rico. He walked us through everything. My mother was having an issue getting a hold of the HOA, he jumped in the car and drove an hour out of his way to speak to someone in person. Then, he drove back to hand them a money order, which he fronted secondary to she and I not being local to do so. Negotiations went smooth and any melt down I had from being overwhelmed, he handled like a PRO! At the end of it all. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the info and attention that was needed to complete the sale. Even was able to save my mom money. She paid less than the asking rate and hooked her up with a home warranty to cover anything that could break in the next year. Definitely will meet back up with him in the future when I am ready to be a part time FL resident again. I cannot thank him enough for his generosity and calm demeanor while dealing with my family drama that came up during the whole process. I still owe him some "salted garlic" when I come back down. Kathy was very helpful with us purchasing our new home. She made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Even after the closing she was still there to help us for things we might have needed. If we were to do another real estate transaction, we would definitely have her work with us throughout the total process. One other thing, she never pressured us about anything, she just told 😊👍.
