Amazing realtor. Never felt so laid back in my life when it came to searching for the perfect home for my family. Carla found exactly what we wanted even though we were pretty picky, but managed to get us sorted with an amazing house. We ended up going to a beautiful house in Wimauma, Florida Crystal Lagoon Community, and she basically did all the work for us. The process of buying was smooth with Carla there to help us know what to do and helped us save a bit of money with great negotiation with the market is right now. Carla Borda set us up with every update we needed in a timely manner and got us set on track to prepare us for the closing. She sticks to a professional atmosphere when needed, but is extremely friendly like family. My home purchase was a little difficult buying a home 1800 miles away. Chrissy was able to show me homes on short notice. Because I was out of state she was able to handle anything and everything I needed her to do for me while gone. I will absolutely be reccomending her to and using her in the future.
