Brenda spent a great deal of time looking for a first floor condo that meet our needs. For personal reasons we decided not to buy but put our second floor condo up for sale. Brenda led us in the listing/viewing process and kept in regular contact with us throughout that time. She was personal but professional. Held our hands in the closing when our condo sold. Brenda has been a blessing for us. Purchasing our first home in Florida has been a challenge as we reside in Canada and could not view properties due to travel restrictions. She helped up virtually view the home, electronically purchase the home and close although we were not able to be present. From the time we purchased our home till now she helped us coordinate many activities, maintenance required and secure local contractors to help us through the process.
