Judith 👩🏼 definitely knows the real estate market. She was able to get us top dollar on my parents’ house .She’s an excellent communicator as she kept us advised every step of the way. Really went beyond her normal functions. She acted not only as a real estate agent, but also as a project manager. She found a handyman to do some repairs and painting, she even paid that guy with her own money and waited for our check, she got us a credit for a product we had bought but that wasn't necessary anymore, she took the time to explain to us all the complexities of the Floridan laws, she offered us very good counselling on different options, she kept contact with the buyer's agent in complex situations and with the closing firm and, most important, she calmed our fears and kept us informed of the evolution of the sale (at least three communications by week). A thousand thanks Judith, our new friend.

Geri's experience and expertise in the real estate field clearly give her the advantage over other agents. We live out of state and during this process Geri communicated with us promptly, thoroughly, and was always prepared for the next step.
