Robin was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the market. Would 100% recommend Robin.

We decided to purchase a home in Hull, the town where I grew up in and left 40 years ago. We chose Robin to assist us in finding that home. Robin immediately demonstrated tremendous knowledge of the residential market in the South Shore, including Hull. Her advice, in choosing the right home became invaluable to us as we began to navigate the process. She provided market research and was critical to the negotiation process. Her communication skills, an attribute singularly important to us, were wonderful. Once we found the right home and negotiated its purchase, a number of issues arose requiring resolution in order to get to a closing. Robin was integral in navigating these issues as they arose and worked with us and our attorney in seeking and implementing practical and creative solutions when needed. Equally important, Robin was always available to take our call and provided a measure of kindness and understanding as we went through this process. Circumstances required us to visit the property five times before we got to closing and Robin was always more than willing to help coordinate and attend those visits with us. Even after closing, Robin continues to be available to us as post-closing issues come up. If we were ever to purchase or sell a property on the South Shore, Robin would be my realtor of choice. We are grateful for her guidance and friendship and would 100% recommend her for a similar transaction.
