Josh was absolutely incredible to work with. He possess great knowledge in regards to real estate, home buying, and the southern Maine sea coast area. When viewing a house he took the time to slowly and meticulously go through the house, building structure, interior and exterior. He possessed an extraordinary amount of knowledge across the spectrum of houses from older homes to new builds. We ended up designing and building a home and Josh put us in contact with the builder we used and knew we would be impressed by their high-quality homes. The process over the last 18 months working with Josh have been truly enjoyable and we highly recommend him as a realtor!

We worked with Josh through a very long new build process. We were first time builders so the process was very new to us. Josh supported us every step of the way, providing guidance and support. Josh was able to effectively support us through some challenging times with our builder and consistently had our back throughout the entire process. He also supported us on the sale of our summer cottage. It was during a time when the marketplace was slowing down and he provided timely and effective guidance, resulting in a timely sell at a price we were very happy with. Not only is he a savvy and experienced real estate agent but he is also a great person who was a pleasure to work with over a 14 month period!! Josh was a great agent to work with. He was very patient as the market wasn't great and purchaing took much longer than planned. He was willing to travel, long distances at times from his office on short notice, espeically on weekends, to get a showing in so offers could ne made quickly. He was very responsive and treated me like my like my home purchase was just as important as a customer buying a much more expensive home. Highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy a home in maine.
