Born In Elkheart, IN in 1988. moved to Citrus County in 1992 settling in the city of Hernando. With my parents and my two sisters. Graduated from Lecanto High in 2006 then went to college in North Carolina at Queens University of Charlotte. Graduated with a bachelors in Corporate Communications. Moved back to Citrus County in 2010. I worked at the Sheriffs Office for a bit then decided to follow in my parents footsteps and got my real estate license.

Dianne was an absolute joy to work with
We originally were interested in a listing of hers. That didn’t work out. When we found another house, she was more than happy to assist us. Every time I contacted her, She would reply very quickly. When I needed contractors for anything she always had a list. Even after the closing she is still available if we need someone to do work on our house. I would recommend Dianne to anyone needing a realtor.

Diane real estate person
Diane is very pleasant to work with. She listens to what your looking for in a home. She answers all your concerns. She contacts you when they have new listing you would be interested in. Meets you whenever or whereever . Helps you with paper work. Points out good and bad reasons too purchase a particular home and reasons not too. Problems might come up. I believe she is a very honest person. So easy to work with. Helped me with paperwork when i had some minor problems. She found the perfect home for me. Very happy now. Thank you

Didn't hesitate to go out of her way to make sure all items were addressed as they came up. Great to work with! Very pleased with her help in this sale especially since it was while we were out of state. She made it happen and eased our concerns.

Wow exceeded our high expectations...
Wow exceeded our high expectations, professional all the way. After purchasing six homes Allen Not only delivered but was there even after the sale. He trimmed a tree branch the Builder should have done. He filled out application for water service. We have never had such a caring and dedicated realtor in my life. Although I didn't know Alan before he will always be a friend now his dedication went Way Beyond what a realtor should do five stars all the way.
