Condo
•We decided, very last minute, to look for a condo in the Ft. Myers area and since we were only flying down for a weekend, we had a tight schedule. We found Jake through an online posting and said so many times during the process, that we felt like we won the lottery with Jake. He listened to what we were looking for, helped us focus on how we would be using the condo, what we would like to do while in the Ft. Myers area and then built out a list of showings. He was a tremendous sounding board, helped us navigate a process we knew nothing about and because of his expertise and knowledge of the area, we found not only the perfect condo for us, but the perfect neighborhood as well! Once we put an offer in, Jake kicked it into high gear. He was responsive to our text/email/call questions, he was timely with each step of the process and was willing to step in, in our absence, for the parts of the process an in town buyer would typically be part of. He helped us navigate the lengthy paperwork and had a huge network that we were able to leverage for other steps in the process. He made sure we knew what mail/email was important and which was spam and/or junk mail. Towards the end of the process he took it upon himself to fix a broken ceiling fan that was indicated on the inspection and went as far as to make sure we had clean sheets for our first night since we would be arriving late. The week before we arrived he offered to put our Amazon purchases inside the condo for safe keeping. He left us a personalized thank you gift that was so thoughtful and is something we will treasure and use regularly! If you want a realtor who really knows the area, actually listens to what you want, has a huge network to leverage, is a consummate professional and a good human being, call Jake. You will feel like you won the realtor lottery!
